Many thanks, do you know I haven't weighed it yet (probably should and then post it) but easily lifted with one hand so must be somewhere between 10 to 15kg... ish. Cheers

Oh thanks for the kind comments, as I mentioned I has a good deal of the supplies laying round the shop so I only really had to pay for the ply, glass tape, hatch covers and paint so no more than £100 was spent in total. Add the epoxy, cedar and consumables and it would still be under £200 I would think. Thanks
