Thank you! I definitely want to try other ingredients to see how they work out. Definitely want to try white chocolate.
Thanks!
No, I haven't. But that is a great idea! What I would do is pour the syrup into smaller containers so that each nest is handpulled to its size and shape.

Hi! It sounds like on the second, the yeast was killed by the high water temp. As far as getting a higher loaf, that is not what ciabatta will get you. Ciabatta is meant to be a flatter type of bread, neither a flatbread nor what is generally expected of a "loaf" bread. Because of its very high hydration of 80%, it will spread out and flatten. The name actually means "slipper" in English, for its appearance. If you want a higher loaf, you might want to look at a lesser hydration bread, like a baguette, or simply decrease the water to 75% (to start) and see if that's the rise you prefer. Hope that helps!

Boba pearls have made themselves into ice cream, ice cream bars, and now increasingly in desserts. I think we'll be seeing more of the boba pearls in desserts.

Awesome, I will look for it! Thank you so much!
View Instructable »Hi! I was considering doing that method. For the dough, I'm sure a small portion of the milk can be substituted with strongly brewed coffee and for the filling, the same can be done for a small portion of half and half. I would maybe start with 1/4 cup of strong brew for each. Let me know how it works out for you.
- Jeromina commented on Jeromina's instructable Winter Hat Marshmallows for Hot Cocoa
Homemade marshmallows like these using Italian meringue can keep up to 2 weeks in a sealed container, however will need to be re-dusted with icing/corn starch mix as the surface will become sticky. However, the other technique of using only corn syrup (eggless marshmallows) allows for a much, much longer shelf life.
Thank you!
Thank you!

Glad you made it! Half and half would be closer to cream than condensed milk as condensed milk is very sweet.

Hi! I haven't done donuts in my air fryer yet. I would think it wouldn't darken as much without all that oil.
Aww, thank you so much!

Half and half is a pre-mixed product we use for our coffee here in the US and Canada. It is essentially half whole milk and half heavy cream.

Thank you! Yes, you can make ube jam using ube powder. It has to be re-hydrated first per package instructions before adding the condensed milk, evaporated milk, salt, and lemon. I hope you can find it!
